Terms of Image and Copy Use

Due to several instance of image and copy theft from this site it has become necessary to protect our images and text by means of this copyright notice.

All images on this site unless otherwise specified are the creation and property of Leigh Perkins. The copyright of all images on this site (www.mightyaphrodite.co.uk and www.mighty-aphrodite.co.uk) belongs to Leigh Perkins. The use of any of the images contained on this site for any purpose whatsoever outside of this web site is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of Leigh Perkins.

In certain circumstances Leigh Perkins may give written permission for certain images to be used for purposes outside of this web site and in such cases a fee will be agreed before hand. The use of any image without such permission in writing will be charged for at £500 per image per instance of usage. The recovery of any such fees will will be rigorously pursued through court action if necessary together with any legal costs and other expenses.

They are not transferrable to any other company. Any instance of copy theft from our websites, blog or social networking sites WILL be detected and will be mercilessly pursued. There is no excuse for plagiarism. "My web designer wrote all the text on my website for me" is not a valid defence. YOU are responsible for the content of your website and YOU will be held accountable. You will be reported to Google and all the other major search engines who will blacklist your site and remove it from their search results. Your web hosting company will also be contacted about the abuse which could result in your site being taken down altogether until the offending copy is removed. And this is before we even get our solicitors involved...don't say we didn't warn you!
